Riding the Whirlwind

Life's been keeping me very busy lately. For example, I've quit Microsoft as of last week. I have a new job in the Washington, DC area that I will get into in more detail in a week or so once the decision to hire me has been properly announced there.

At the moment, I'm in Alaska visiting my parents and my grandmother for a few days before I move significantly further away. I get back to Seattle on Wednesday and will be moved out of my apartment by Friday. Then, I'm going to drive to the east coast over a period of about three weeks, taking time to visit some friends and see some sights along the way. Blogging should be way up during that time.

Honestly, some mornings I wake up and I'm not sure quite where I am, what time it is, or even what day it is. Things have been moving so quickly they've been kind of a blur. But generally, it's all moving in a positive direction, so for now, I'm just going to hang on and see where it all goes.
