Batman at the IMAX

I went tonight to see Batman Begins at the Pacific Science Center's IMAX theater. What a show! Really, I think this is my favorite of the Batman movies, as it really feels a lot more like the Dark Knight Returns graphic novel series, which was one of my favorites as a teenager. On top of that, it sure doesn't hurt that I only had to pay $3, even for an evening show, thanks to the Microsoft Prime Card.

no fair. you already probably make a boatload of money, why is it that the already financially priveledged get all of the perks and discounts and free stuff?

This may have been the best Batman yet, although I really really liked the first one with Michael Keaton. The rest were garbage; Saturday morning cartoons-level entertainment.

The IMAX was probably a really cool place to see it.

I admit, I ask that pretty regularly, too. It doesn't make any sense.

Tonight, I had dinner with another Microsoft employee and the Prime Card gave us a buy one entree, get one free deal. Maybe my skillset is just really, really valuable? More valuable than a simple salary can account for?

What's truly amazing to me is that college enrollment in computer science is actually down, not up.
